Dural made CERTIFIED suspension for single-seated or double-seated trailers CROOZER and XLC by CROOZER in various colors,anodized.

The suspension provides exclusive stroke up to 12cm, stiffness control and also spring deactivation (switch off) in case of disc brake use or in case of sports activities on flat surfaces.

Installation is carried out without affecting the design of the trailer. Complete set of suspension for both wheels contains springs designed for 0-25kg load including fasteners. For a load of 25-45kg (usually a two-seat trailer), we recomemmnd to purchase the corresponding springs in the accessories. Advantages over ECONOMY suspension:

  • due to its higher strength it is suitable for single and two-seat trailers
  • thanks to the material used it is about 300g lighter
  • surface finish incl. of the material are corrosion resistant
  • The LIGHT version contains 2 pairs of bearings for high strength even at higher loads.

The different versions for different years of production of the trailers differ in fasteners. Suspension has the same function and design.

ECONOMY is designed for CROOZER Kid for 1, CROOZER KID for 2, 737,535, XLC MONO, XLC DUO single-seated and double-seated trailers

 The suspension stiffness can be adjusted by sliding the spring into the more distal hole. This increases stiffness.

For the use of eg disc brakes for in-line skating, the suspension can be deactivated by so-called deactivating straps

Mount the suspension increase the trailer width by approx. 3.5 cm on each side, increasing the stability of the truck.

Before installing the suspension, the original trailer parking brake must be removed. For trucks up to 2012, the original parking brake can be used. For trucks from 2013 onwards we have our own DOGY Components parking brakes or disc brake ( for models 2016+) also suitable for in-line skating and hiking in nature.
