Disc brake DOGY Components

Thanks to the disc brake, your trailer will become a versatile trailer with the option of running or in-line skating. The brake increases comfort and especially safety of the trailer.

The brake contains a control lever, 2 discs, caliper holders with brake caliper and fasteners. The brake is mounted on the suspension without affecting the trailer construction.

Deactivating suspension straps are also included to deactivate the suspension or to minimize stroke. If deactivation is not used, the springs are overstretched and the brakes are ineffective. The brakes are designed to be used for running, inline or walking on flat surfaces. Suspension on the contrary for cycling in e terrain. This function is not limited by the brake.

The brake lever has a parking lock that allows you the safely lock of a parked trailer

The brake is mechanical, which allows easy assembly, adjustment and replacement of the brake pads, but their service life is sufficient. When walking, running or in-line skating, we recommend deactivating the suspension with the deactivation strap to increase the braking efficiency included and to avoid spings damage due overpulling.
